Return & Exchanges
We are working hard to make sure your order is in perfect shape. Currently, we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you however order the wrong size, we do offer exchanges. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy - Damages and Issues
Please kindly inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Refunds are only offered if you receive the wrong or damaged items. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Thank you for shopping with us :)
